Hamerton's IMPACT

In this day and age, when innovation is accelerating exponentially, we feel it is imperative that education reinvents itself, and quickly. At Hamerton we value pioneering entrepreneurship, taking risks and accepting responsibility. We believe that we should be accountable and contribute to the society we are a part of. This is why we strive to find ways to have a profound, meaningful impact on humanity and drive change through education.

As it stands today CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) still only has a mild impact on society, and we want to do our part to change that. To realize our vision, we have enlisted the support of Hamerton’s community and friends, to join us in our IMPACT efforts which focus on education. Together we up the level of employee engagement, as everyone understands the significance education plays when the goal is to better society.

To begin realizing our goal, we have created enter, the umbrella organization which houses the two branches of our vision, each of which functions for its own distinct purpose yet flawlessly fuels, compliments and completes its counterpart.

enter (at) the Icon Building

enter intends to build Icon and, as the name implies, it will be an iconic architectural masterpiece, serving as a hub for 21st-century skills, a wonderland for inspiration, interactions, and experiences. Visitors will be welcomed to explore the space in its entirety, touring interactive displays and attending events in the convention halls. The building will also be home to enter’s headquarters and serve as an R&D facility for the organization.

The design of the building perfectly encapsulates enter’s vision. The exterior of the building, constructed mostly from glass, contributes to the expression of openness, transparency, creativity, connectivity, and challenge the status quo. The interior of the building will be designed as an ever-changing platform. It is meant to inspire children and impress upon them the understanding that they are the creators of their future. Icon will be the meeting place of minds where children bring their unbridled ideas to hi-tech leaders that can help bring them to life.

Icon is designed by two of Israel’s leading architects, Mendi Rotbard from Moshe Tzur Architects and Vered Gindi from Gindi Studio Architecture. It will be situated in the high-tech industry area of Kiryat Arie in Petach Tikva.

enterium – Education through Innovation

enterium is enter’s digital platform that connects students with industry mentors to facilitate ideation and innovation to the creation and problem-solving process.

With a mix of proprietary and commercially available project management SaaS tools, we aim to change young people mindsets by impressing upon them the constant need of finding new, innovative solutions.

Leading tech companies can use the platform to propose challenges and groups of students can work together to formulate solutions. With the help of volunteer business mentors, the students will develop their ideas into prototypes, honing their skills along the way. Companies will evaluate all of the submissions and award prizes and equipment to the winning team’s schools.
